Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — for the big stuff. Full roof replacement estimates and storm-damage inspections are always free and carry no obligation. Repair and service calls are priced up front instead, so you know the cost before anyone drives out. Call (630) 844-2553 or use the form at the bottom of this page.
Can my roof be repaired, or does it need full replacement?
Often it can be repaired, and when a repair will do the job, that’s what we’ll recommend. Leaks and wind damage in particular can frequently be fixed without replacing the roof. See our roof repair page for what we handle.
Do you work with insurance companies on storm damage?
Yes, and it’s one of our specialties. We represent YOU, not your insurance company: we help you report the claim, meet your adjuster on-site, review exactly what’s covered, and handle the paperwork through the final check. The full 6-step process is on our storm damage page.
What happens during a roof replacement?
We tarp your landscaping, tear off to the decking, inspect all of it, replace vents and plumbing boots with new, install your new system to manufacturer spec, and magnet-sweep your yard and driveway before we leave. The step-by-step process is on our new roofs page.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 12-month same-as-cash financing (up to a free year of no interest), and we accept VISA and MasterCard. Details on our financing page.
What is the 8-point roof tune-up?
For roofs under about 12 years old with a small problem (a lost shingle, a minor leak, ceiling staining), our 8-point tune-up covers an evaluation, up to one leak repaired, flashing secured and resealed, popped nails repaired, up to 10 shingles replaced, chimney flashing recaulked, and all roof debris removed. How soon can someone come out?

Do you work in winter?
Yes. Asphalt shingles can be installed in cold weather with the right handling, and emergency repairs obviously don’t wait for spring. Extreme cold or ice on the roof will delay a full replacement for safety reasons.
What if it rains partway through my roof replacement?
We watch the forecast and plan around it, and we never leave a roof open overnight — the deck is dried in before the crew leaves. If weather moves the schedule we’ll tell you promptly rather than leave you guessing.
