We agree staging and any temporary parking restrictions with you before we start, and keep the affected footprint as small as we practically can. Entrances and walkways stay usable.
Can you work with our board or association?
Yes. We’re used to the documentation an association needs to approve work and to reassure owners, including scope, phasing and photographic records.
Do you handle storm claims on multifamily properties?
Yes, including meeting the adjuster on site. On a multi-building property the damage is often uneven between buildings, which is exactly the kind of thing that gets missed when nobody familiar with the property is present for the inspection.
