Can you handle multiple properties?
Yes. We work across portfolios in the Fox Valley and can keep the documentation consistent property to property so your records stay comparable.
Will you deal directly with tenants?
Only if that’s what you want. Some managers prefer we coordinate access directly; others want everything routed through them. Either works — just tell us which.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance rather than only repairs?
Yes, and on flat and low-slope roofs it’s usually the cheaper path. Catching failed seams and blocked drains on a schedule costs a fraction of dealing with the interior damage after they’ve let go.
